What’s been happening:

I am a Registered Dietitian and have a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, but am currently and have been employed as a Lecturer of Spanish at a college since my first child was born. I am married to H.J., whom I met while studying at Penn State. We have three young daughters. We love to travel with them and expose them to other cultures. I have wonderful memories from my days at Penn State and we always cheer on the Nittany Lions football team. We recently visited the main campus, where I was for all four years of my undergraduate degree, and we introduced our daughters to the delicious Creamery ice cream. They loved it too!
